Willard Max Ortega

Willard Max Ortega, 57 of Topawa passed away on July 3, 2023 in Mesa. He was born to Maxinemo Ortega and Ruth Nelson in Phoenix.

Willard was a hardworking Cowboy, he enjoyed working and spending time in the outdoors.

He is survived by his children: Daniel, Nicholas and Cecilia Ortega; his siblings: Andrew Ortega, David Ortega, Alberta Manuel, Rose Ortega, Max Ortega, Fred Ortega, Freddy Ortega, Sarah Ortega and Vincent Ortega; and one grandchild.

Willard is preceded in death by his girlfriend of 15 years: Marlene Hughs; his parents: Maxinemo Ortega and Ruth Nelson; his daughter: Susie Ortega; his siblings: Billy Ortega and Elizabeth Ortega.

Graveside Service will be held at 8 a.m. at Ortega Cemetery in GuVo, Arizona, Tohono O'odham Nation.
