Sandra Mackey

Sandra Erin Smith, born 30 Jan 1947, oldest daughter of William Franklin Smith and Jeanette Erin Harper. Sandi was born in El Paso, Texas and spent her childhood in El Paso. She graduated from Burgess High School in 1965. She attended Women’s College in Denton, Texas. After She also attended The University of New Mexico, Las Cruses. She lastly attended Central Arizona College graduating as a Registered Nurse. She worked in the nursing profession for 30 years. 

She married Douglas Maynard Keeling 29 Aug 1966 in El Paso, Texas. She then married Ronald Scott Mackey 25 May 1989 in Mesa, Arizona.

Sandi passed away after a long illness on September 26, 2024. She was proceeded in death by her parents, her sister Kathleen Anne Smith and her brother Richard Michael Smith. She is survived by Douglas and Ronald and her six children, Sean Douglas (Tatiana) Keeling, Robin Erin Keeling, Paul William Keeling, Joshua Montgomery (Cristina) Keeling, Daniel Maynard (Deanna) Keeling, John Nataniel (Stephanie) Keeling, stepson Brian Scott Mackey, her sister Dianna Leigh Smith and 14 grandchildren. 

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
