Sacaton

Patsy Fay White, 83, of Sacaton, passed away peacefully on November 19, 2023. She was born on April 4, 1940, in Phoenix, Arizona, to the late Alexander Lewis and Ester Enis.

Patsy's journey in life led her to meet and marry the love of her life, Billiam White Sr., with whom she shared a beautiful union and raised six children. Patsy embraced her role as a homemaker and dedicated herself wholeheartedly to being a nurturing mother and devoted wife. Her unwavering support for her children and family knew no bounds. Growing up in a deeply religious household, Patsy and her husband instilled their strong faith in God into the hearts of their children.

Patsy's vibrant spirit touched countless lives through her melodious singing and words of encouragement. She possessed a remarkable talent for playing the guitar and cherished the warmth of family gatherings. Patsy had a generous nature and was renowned for her culinary skills, particularly when it came to preparing her delicious tamales. Above all else, she cherished her family with boundless love: her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren held a special place in her heart.

Patsy is survived by her beloved daughters Jovida Antone of District 7, Blair White of Upper SanTan, Trucelene Joaquin of Upper SanTan, Sianna Soke of Sacaton; her siblings Donald Lewis of Komatke, Virginia Tazzie of Yuma, Lena Lewis of Maricopa, Harry Lewis of Hashan Kehk; seventeen cherished grandchildren; thirty-two adored great-grandchildren; and seven precious great-great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her devoted husband of sixty-nine years, Billiam White Sr., her beloved sons Billiam White Jr. and Avlin Enis, grandsons Jacob Antone and Brince White, and great-granddaughter Anica Evans.
