Mary Ada Edgerton Stuedeman, 94, of Arizona City, AZ., died on February 10, 2024. She was born in Wayne County, North Carolina, on January 31, 1930, to Michael Allen Edgerton and Ada L. Blalock.

Mary was the epitome of a Southern Lady; we were all her “Little Loves”. We will always remember her patience, love, and kindness. She always made you feel special, had a beautiful smile, and infectious laugh. Mary was a place of solace when needed, and always welcomed you into her heart and home. She loved her family and friends, socializing, walking, traveling, reading, basketball, bowling, card games, board games, the color purple, listening and singing to music. She also enjoyed watching Heartland, Wheel of Fortune, and dancing with her husband of fifty years. Heaven has acquired a new shade of purple. Mary and Norman are dancing together once again.

Mary is survived by her children; Debra Stuedeman Hogue, Norman ( Bill) W. Stuedeman II, and D. Leigh Stuedeman; Five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Mary is preceded in death by her husband; Norman Stuedeman both parents, five brothers, three sisters, and a grandson; William R. Stuedeman.

There will be a Celebration of Life in Arizona and one in California at a later time.

J. Warren Funeral Services are handling arrangements.
