Jennifer Louise Lewis

Jennifer Louis Lewis, 50, of Chui-chu, Tohono O’odham Nation died on January 10, 2024, in Las Cruces New Mexico.  Jennifer was born on December 21, 1973, in Phoenix and was the daughter of the late Harlan A. Lewis and the late Marie Ann Garcia. 

Ms. Lewis loved family functions, music, drawing, and coloring. She lived in Arizona for 42 years and the last 8 in Lordsburg, NM.  Ms. Lewis is remembered by her three sons, Eric and Tyrone Dominguez and Rylin Scott all of Casa Grande.  Three brothers, Brian, Wesley, and Thomas Lewis, two sisters Annelise and Gwendolynn Lewis all of Chui-chu and seven grandchildren. 

She is preceded in death by her parents and her maternal grandparents, Joseph A. Garcia and Alventa P. Garcia, her paternal grandparents, Elliott Lewis and Dorothy Lewis

Funeral will be held on January 27, 2024 at Debbie Lewis residence in Chui-chu, Tohono O’odham Nation from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Mass will be held at 4:00 p.m. with burial to follow at Chui-chu South Cemetery.
