Gay Crystal Canfield-Fales, 70, who was active in raising and showing dogs, died at home in Arizona City on April 23, 2023.
Ms. Canfield-Fales was born on June 28, 1952, in Corry, Pennsylvania, and was a daughter of Victor and Beverly Norcross. She served as American Kennel Club president and as a club member and bred and showed cocker spaniels. She produced 13 grand champions in the United States and Canada before moving to a smaller breed, the Maltese.
She formerly lived in Saddleback Farms, where she raised horses, turkeys, chickens and pygmy goats. She loved her family and friends with all her heart.
Survivors include her husband, Leon Fales; three sons, Richard Adamicki, Matthew and Donald Fouch; and three stepchildren, Keith, Lance and Jessica Fales. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Victoria Norcross.
Celebration of life at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 6, at J. Warren Funeral Services, Cole & Maud The Gardens Chapel in Casa Grande.
