Dorina Lillian Garcia

Dorina Lillian Garcia, 69 passed away on July 13, 2023 in Sells, Arizona. She was born on January 12, 1954 to Leroy Garcia and Helen Juan in Tucson, Arizona.

Dorina worked as a records clerk at Motor Vehicle Department before retirement. She did basket weaving with horse hair and yucca. Dorina also enjoyed making wreaths for different occasions. She was part of a rosary prayer group and a chair volleyball team.

Dorina is survived by her children; Dayola Pancho, Norma and Ivan Miguel; her siblings: Patricia Miguel, Marjorie Juan, Alberta Garcia, Joann Garcia, Linda Garcia, Delia Garcia, Doris Miguel, Ronald Lopez Sr and Allen Francisco; seventeen grandchildren and fifty-one great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents: Leroy Garcia and Helen Juan; Her son: Freeman Miguel; and her sister: Ruby Thomas.

Wake will be begin at 6 p.m. Friday, July 21, 2023 in Ventana Village. Mass will be at 7 p.m. at Immaculate Conception Church with Father John officiating. Burial will be at Ventana Cemetery on Saturday, July 22, 2023 at 5:00 a.m. No Viewing at Cemetery.
