Dominic C. Molina, 45, of Blackwater, passed away on September 28, 2023. Born on August 20, 1978, in Sacaton to David Molina and Glenda Pancott, Dominic possessed a remarkable talent that touched the lives of many.
From a young age, Dominic had an unwavering passion for music. A true virtuoso, he effortlessly played an array of instruments including the guitar, bass, piano, clarinet, and saxophone. He poured his heart and soul into creating beautiful melodies and heartfelt lyrics as he sang and wrote songs and poetry. Together with his brother Shawn, Dominic formed a band called "Vampiros Vampiros," creating music that resonated deeply with their audiences. He also had the privilege of recording in the studio with Wolfe Brown as part of SCUD and with Canyon Records. Additionally, Dominic shared his musical talents as a DJ at Central Arizona College as well with Stella Cruz.
Not only was Dominic a gifted musician, but he also possessed a passion for visual art. The stroke of his brush or pencil brought images to life on canvas and paper. His creativity knew no bounds.
Above all else, Dominic cherished being a loving and caring father to his children. He delighted in teaching them valuable life skills such as cooking and archery. Movie nights with his kids were treasured moments where they would enjoy watching films together or playing video games; every moment spent with them was precious to him. One family tradition he adored was taking his children trick-or-treating in Chandler during Halloween; according to him, that's where the best candy could be found.
Dominic's generosity knew no bounds as he extended a helping hand to friends, family, and even strangers in need. He selflessly accompanied his father to medical appointments and went above and beyond to assist anyone who required his support. With a great sense of humor and a penchant for goofiness, Dominic brought joy through laughter wherever he went.
He will be deeply missed by his beloved children, Cecily Molina, Dominic Molina Jr., Adam Guerrero-Pino, and Sidney Pino; his siblings, Shawn and Nicole Molina; and his father David Molina.
Dominic is preceded in death by his mother Glenda, sister Carla Crawford-Molina, and grandparents Lauro and Marcela Molina, as well as Glenn and Rachel Pancott. Although he is no longer with us, Dominic's spirit will live on through the memories he created and the love he shared with all those fortunate enough to have known him.
