Carol Ann Frazer

December 17, 1944 — April 16, 2024

Casa Grande

Carol Ann Frazer was a caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend throughout her life. She passed away peacefully on April 16, 2024, in Maricopa, Arizona at the age of 79. At the time of her passing she was surrounded by family and friends.

She was born on December 17th, 1944, to Edward and Helen Zagort in Detroit, Michigan. Carol married the love of her life, Clifton Frazer, in July of 1968. In 1972, Carol and Cliff moved to Arizona with their children, Mark and Jill. For 26 years she worked alongside her husband who owned and operated C.F. Frazer & Associates. They shared over 40 years of marriage that was truly unforgettable. Cliff preceded Carol in death in 2009.

Carol had a passion for traveling and had been looking forward to exploring the world upon their retirement; however, shortly after doing so, Cliff passed. Despite this heartbreak, Carol continued to embrace her traveling plans with those she held close. Carol had many great adventures with her dear friends and family.

Carol always welcomed her family and friends into her home with a warm embrace, stories of her life and a homecooked meal. She was known for her amazing recipes she always made with love. She was someone who always cared for everyone and kept everyone close to her heart. She was what “home” meant to many.

Carol is survived by her brother, Ed (Kim) Zagort; sister, Diane Szabados; brothersin-law, Ron (Sharon) Frazer and Roger (Judy) Frazer; son, Mark (Carrie) Frazer; daughter, Jill (Steve) Albany; five granddaughters; one grandson; two great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of a funeral, the family asks that her legacy is carried on through stories, the time that you spend with your loved ones, and embracing those you love most.

May we all find comfort and solace in her passing as she was delivered to our heavenly father shortly after receiving her last rites prayer in her home. Carol was finally reunited with the love of her life and all the others who have passed before her.

Eternal rest, grant unto them, O Lord, and let her perpetual light shine upon them. May the souls of the faithful departed through the mercy of God rest in peace. Amen.
