Zylen A. Lewis

CASA BLANCA - Zylen A. Lewis, 5-week-old son of Theresa G. Narcia of Laveen and Aldon Lewis Sr. of Casa Blanca, died on May 24, 2015, at Cardon Children’s Medical Center in Mesa.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 8 a.m. Wednesday at St. Peter Catholic Church by Monsignor Ed Meulemans. Burial will be in Sacate Cemetery.

Zylen was born on April 13, 2015, in Mesa.

Other survivors include four brothers, Fabian S. and Shawn Avery Jr. of Laveen, Brent and Aldon Lewis Jr. of Casa Blanca; eight sisters, Miranda and Whitney Avery of Laveen, Christie Lewis of Casa Blanca, Rachel Lewis of Blackwater, Lynette Lewis of Laveen, Alexia, Arianna and Amiracle Lewis, all of Casa Blanca; and grandmother Malinda Ruelas of Casa Blanca.
