William Barlew

William Eugene Barlew, 84, died on May 6, 2011, at The Garnet of Casa Grande.
A private service is planned in Chattanooga, Tenn.
Mr. Barlew was born on April 12, 1927, in South Pittsburg, Tenn., and was a son of William E. and Lillian Smith Barlew. He served in the Navy and taught in vocational education for 29 years.
Survivors include his wife, Bernice; a daughter, Susan Hill of Casa Grande; three sons, Michael, David and Steve Barlew, all of Chattanooga; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
