Wilbur R. Wesley

ARIZONA CITY - Wilbur R. Wesley Jr., 82, of Arizona City died March 30, 2008 at RTA Hospice House in Casa Grande.


The service will be held later in Washington state. Burial was to be in National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, in Phoenix.

Mr. Wesley was born Aug. 31, 1925 in London, Ohio. He had a career in the Navy and Marine Corps before retiring as a gunnery sergeant. He was a veteran of World War II and the Korean and Vietnam wars.

Survivors include his wife, Phyllis; a daughter, Cindy Nordblad of Washington; and a son, Craig Wesley of Washington.
