Tina Clements

Tina Marie Clements, 43, of Casa Grande died April 5, 2009 at Rocky Point, Sonora, Mexico.


Visitation will begin at 3 p.m. Wednesday at J. Warren Funeral Services, Cole & Maud The Gardens Chapel. The memorial service will follow at 5 p.m., with Pastor Roy Edwards officiating.

Ms. Clements was born Sept. 20, 1965 in Pueblo, Colo. She was a caregiver.

Survivors include a daughter, Deja D. Clements of Nebraska; a son, Nykolas A. Padilla of Mesa; her parents, Leslie A. Eisenhart Sr. of Casa Grande and Edith Eisenhart of Show Low; a sister, Valena Eisenhart of Casa Grande; two brothers, Jim and Les Eisenhart Jr. of Nebraska; and three grandchildren.
