Theodore Spencer Rivers

CASA BLANCA - Theodore Spencer Rivers, 43, of Casa Blanca died at home on Oct. 28, 2015.

Visitation will be from 6 to 10 p.m. Friday at the District 5 Multipurpose Building. The service will be at 7 a.m. Saturday at the Rivers home.

Mr. Rivers was born on Dec. 8, 1971, in Sacaton. He was a chef and also an artist who painted and drew traditional Native American subjects and portraits. He was an avid sports fan, especially of football.

Survivors include a son, Deran Martinez of Casa Blanca; his mother, Patricia M. Rivers of Bapchule; a sister, Sherlyn Rivers of Casa Blanca; four brothers, Cameron, Delson, Larson and Everett Rivers Jr.; and three grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Everett Rivers Sr., and a brother, Delroy Rivers.
