Thelma L. Hohbein

Thelma L. Hohbein, 74, of Montrose, Colo., and a winter visitor to Casa Grande, died Jan. 3, 2008 in Casa Grande.


The memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday in Montrose.

Mrs. Hohbein was born Oct. 27, 1933 in St. Louis. She was a homemaker and also worked for US West in Denver for 11 years, where she was a printing department supervisor. She and her husband farmed 90 acres in Colorado. She enjoyed traveling and was a member of the Elks Emblem Club.

Survivors include her husband of 51 years, Robert; a son, Robert Dean Hohbein of Cortez, Colo.; a daughter, Donna Wilson of Mancos, Colo.; a brother, Charles D. Holmes of Grand Junction, Colo.; four grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother, Roy Holmes.
