Steven Pedro, Jr.

Steven Richard Pedro Jr., 32, of Bapchule(Sacaton), died December 11, 2022, in Chandler. He was born September 7, 1990, in Phoenix to Steven R. Pedro Sr., and Gina R. Jackson. Steven grew up in Sacaton, then went to boarding school in Oregon. He graduated from Skyline High School in Chandler. Steven went to trade school for nine different trades, excelling in them all. He enjoyed watching basketball and football, in his favorite spot on the couch. He had a great sense of humor and always made his children laugh. He loved spending time with his children. They were his pride and joy. Before getting sick he would always go outside and play basketball with them. He would tell them stories about his childhood, and he taught them how to cook. He was a good dad, and his youngest daughter did everything with him and wherever Steven was, she was. He will be dearly missed.

Survivors include his companion Maria Garza, and his children all of Bapchule, Jaylynn Pedro, Santos Saldana, Lidia Saldana and Lauren Pedro, his mother and Step-father Lawrence and Gina Enos of Sacaton, his siblings, Millie Pedro, of Sacaton Flats, Anda and Ruth Morago, Danielle Morago-Enos, Stephanie Murphy, Daryn Murphy, Angelina Lewis, Benjamin Pedro and Gabriel Pedro, and Kimberly Enos, all of Sacaton and Dwayne Enos of San Carlos.

He is preceded in death by his father Steven R. Pedro Sr., a sister, Adda Morago, his maternal grandparents, Irwin and Mildred Jackson, his paternal grandparents Richard Sr. and Arlene Pedro, and a nephew Irwin Morago.
