Shirley Montana

GILA BEND - Shirley Montana, 57, of Gila Bend died June 3, 2007 at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix.

Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Friday at San Lucy Catholic Mission. Funeral Mass will be celebrated there at 7 a.m. Saturday by the Rev. Ed Meulemans. Burial will be in Pioneer Cemetery.

Ms. Montana was born March 26, 1950 in Theba. She was a teacher.

Survivors include a son, Gerald M. Lopez of Gila Bend; her mother, Irene Montana of San Lucy; four sisters, Wanda Montana of Arizona City, Cindy and Jana Montana of Gila Bend and Elferna Montana of Phoenix; and a brother, John Martin Montana of Gila Bend. She was preceded in death by her father, John M. Montana; a sister, Elsie Montana; and a brother, Jerry Montana.
