Sabastian A. Martinez

Sabastian A. Martinez, 26, of Phoenix died Nov. 2, 2007 at Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center in Phoenix.


Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. Wednesday at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Casa Grande. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10. Burial will be in Mountain View Cemetery.

Mr. Martinez was born Oct. 30, 1981 in Los Angeles. He was a care giver and enjoyed working as a DJ at house parties and weddings.

Survivors include his father, Antonio Martinez of Phoenix, and a sister, Cindy Thompson of Phoenix.
