Roy R. Sharp

Roy R. Sharp, 80, of Casa Grande died on March 15, 2015.

The celebration of life will be at 2 p.m. March 27 at J. Warren Funeral Services, Cole & Maud The Gardens Chapel.

Mr. Sharp was born on July 31, 1934, in Belleville, Pennsylvania, a son of Jesse D. and Amelia Peachey Sharp. He married Janet Keens on Aug. 23, 1958. He attended Goshen College and received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University. He was a finance manager and retired in 2005 after 45 years.

He attended Oasis Community Church and helped with finances in churches in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and Sarasota, Florida. He also attended Bible studies. His hobbies were hiking, flying and sailing. After he retired, he enjoyed travel.

In addition to his wife, survivors include two sons, Douglas of Tempe and Arnold of Boulder, Colorado, and three grandchildren.
