Roxanne Fowler

CHANDLER — Roxanne Kay Fowler, 58, of Tempe died on April 2, 2013, in Chandler.
Ms. Fowler was born on Jan. 19, 1955, in Tucson. She was a secretary for state government. She enjoyed spending time with friends and family, reading, music and watching movies.
Survivors include a son, Terance D. Fowler of Coolidge; a daughter, Sossity Rowell of Show Low; her companion, Michael Villarreal; a brother, Michael D. Dickerson of Valley Farms; a sister, Jane Dickerson of Tucson; and four grandchildren.
