Robert Blackwater

SACATON - Robert Blackwater, 38, of Sacaton died on July 3, 2020.

Mr. Blackwater was born on April 8, 1982, in Phoenix to Roland W. Blackwater Jr. and Marquita R. Thomas. His family described him as lovable, caring and responsible with a bright personality but stubborn.

He loved being out and around people and "could be your best friend if you let him."

Survivors include his father; a daughter, Heaven Blackwater; and six siblings, Warren and Carol Thomas, Elias Blackwater, Travis Clem, Joseph and William Blackwater. He was preceded in death by his mother; a brother, Henry Clem; and a sister, LaFay Johnson.
