Rita Louise Libby

Rita Louise Libby, 72, of Casa Grande died on Jan. 22, 2015, at home.

The celebration of life will be at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Desert Carmel Faith Bible Church, with Pastor Eliu Ibarra officiating.

Ms. Libby was born on Jan. 8, 1943, in Evanston, Illinois, and was a daughter of Norman and Lola Freberg. She worked as a teaching assistant. A farm girl at heart, she loved animals, especially birds and her horse, and caring for animals. She also loved helping people and was an Elvis Presley fan.

Survivors include a daughter, Melissa Arteman of Gurnee, Illinois; a son, William Voice of Tucson; and a brother, Ricky Freberg of Indiana.
