Renee Sereno

AK-CHIN - Renee Sereno, 38, died Nov. 25, 2008 at Kindred Hospital in Scottsdale.


Visitation will be from 5 to 10 p.m. Sunday at the Arredondo home, 45020 Juan St., with rosary recited at 7. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. Monday St. Francis Catholic Mission in Ak-Chin. Burial will be in Ak-Chin Cemetery.

Ms. Sereno was born May 14, 1970 in Phoenix. She was a cashier. She enjoyed reading and joking with family and friends.

Survivors include two daughters, Jenny Moore and Nicole Balderas of Mesa; two sons, Hollis Moore Jr. and Juan Balderas Jr. of Mesa; her mother and stepfather, Irene B. and Juan Arredondo of Ak-Chin; her father, Jose T. Sereno of Guadalupe; and two sisters, Celia Soto and Irene Arredondo of Ak-Chin. She was preceded in death by a son, Jose Alfredo Sereno.
