Raymond A. Rider

ELOY - Raymond Allen Rider, 69, of Eloy died Oct. 13, 2008 at Casa Grande Regional Medical Center.


No services have been planned immediately.

Mr. Rider was born in French Camp, Calif. He served as a commander in the U.S. Navy and as a colonel in the U.S. Marine Corps. He worked as a truck driver. He enjoyed fishing and hunting and was an active person

Survivors include his wife, Doris Chryst Rider; one son, Jack "Chanse" Rider of Phoenix; one stepson, Dennis Chryst of Walla Walla, Wash.; two daughters, Desiree Rozar of Missouri and Rayline Rider of San Diego; one stepdaughter, Marilyn Wildman of Pendleton, Ore.; and two brothers, Toby Rider of Battleground, Wash., and Jack Rider of Lebec, Calif.
