Rachel H. Lerma

Rachel H. Lerma, 42, of Eloy died July 24, 2009 at home.

Visitation was from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Rock of Living Waters Ministries. The funeral there was at 9 a.m. Wednesday, with Pastor Leandro Villarreal officiating. Burial was in Eloy Memorial Park.

Mrs. Lerma was born May 21, 1967 in Hidalgo, Texas. She was a bus driver for the Toltec Elementary School District. She loved to sing in church and do crossword puzzles. She was a member of the board of Rock of Living Waters Ministries. She loved spending time with her family, especially the children.

Survivors include her husband, Marco; two sons, Federico Nunez Jr. and Robert A. Nunez of Eloy; a daughter, Emiliana Lerma of Eloy; her mother, Herminia Hernandez of Eloy; three sisters, Rebecca Nunez of Eloy, Maria E. Cordova of Casa Grande and Elisa Arias of Chandler; and five brothers, Jose Espinoza, Oscar, Jesse, Noe and Encarnacion Hernandez Jr., all of Eloy. She was preceded in death by her father, Encarnacion Hernandez Sr., and a brother, Baltazar Hernandez.
