Philbert Leon Howard

Upper SanTan- Philbert Leon Howard, Jr. “Junior”61, passed away on March 8, 2021 in Phoenix, AZ. Philbert was born on April 2, 1959 to the late Philbert Howard Sr. and the late Naomi Howard. Philbert was the family grease monkey- known for working on family & friends vehicles. He was a very outgoing person who loved his morning coffee. Philbert Jr., had many hobbies that included: baking, collecting cars, driving, listening to 70s Rock and having hard candy and gum.
Philbert Jr., is survived by his children; Albert Howard of Phoenix, Joletha Howard of Bapchule, Roxanne Howard and Rosanna Howard of Snaketown. He is also survived by his sisters; Jacqueline Juan and Melissa Howard of Upper SanTan, 15 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. He is preceded in death by both parents, a sister Patricia Mendivil and a child; Baby Howard.
