Patricia Ann Chapman

Patricia Ann Chapman, 59, of Maricopa died June 26, 2008 at Chandler Regional Hospital.


The graveside service was at 9 a.m. Saturday in Casa Grande Mountain View Cemetery, with Elder Charles LaMar officiating.

Mrs. Chapman was born April 15, 1949 in Fort Towson, Okla. She was a homemaker and enjoyed cooking and sewing Halloween outfits for children. She also enjoyed making Christmas candies and cookies. She worked for Sun Life Family Health Center in insurance billing and as a payroll clerk for about nine years.

Survivors include her husband, J.W.; two daughters, Mary Ann Chapman of Maricopa and Jamie Pierce of Casa Grande; a son, Henry C. Chapman of Maricopa; two sisters, Edna L. Queen and Nancy A. Smith of Stanfield; a brother, Johnny Blackburn of Ehrenberg; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Vidia and John W. Blackburn.
