Orlena Marie Anton

SACATON — Orlena Marie Anton, 38, died Aug. 31, 2009 at Banner Desert Medical Center in Mesa.

Visitation will be from 6 to 10 p.m. Friday at the District 3 Service Center. The funeral will be at 7 a.m. Saturday at Upper Santan Presbyterian Church, with the Rev. Melvin Anton and the Rev. Richard Blackwater officiating. Burial will be in Jones Cemetery.

Mrs. Anton was born July 13, 1971 in Oakland, Calif. She was a homemaker and attended Salt River Indian Independent Chapel.

Survivors include her husband, Benjamin Anton Jr.; two daughters, Nicole Tewawina of Upper Santan and Jessica Anton of Lehi; five sons, Anthony Tewawina of Sacaton, Isaiah Jones, Jordon, Jayson and Joseph Anton, all of Lehi; two sisters, Matilda Jones of Upper Santan and Roberta Antone of Sacaton; two brothers, Alroy Jones of Sacaton and Garrick Jones of Parker; and two grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Eleanor and Leroy Jones.
