Norma B. Soto

COOLIDGE - Norma B. Soto, 47, of Coolidge died on Dec. 25, 2014, at Heartland Manor.

A private service was planned.

Ms. Soto was born on Sept. 9, 1967, in Casa Grande. She was a homemaker.

Survivors include two sons, Christopher Mendez of Eloy and Tommy Ray Piece of San Tan Valley; a daughter, Vanessa Mendez of Eloy; her parents, Arthur H. and Beatriz Soto of Casa Grande; two sisters, Cindy Fitzgerald of Scottsdale and Sandra Tapia of Casa Grande; grandparents, Maria and Ismael Beltran of Eloy; and four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her biological mother, Elodia Soto, and a brother, Arthur Soto Jr.
