Noreen Ruiz

ARIZONA CITY — Noreen F. Ruiz, 47, of Arizona City died on Nov. 29, 2011, at Northwest Medical Center in Tucson.
Visitation will begin at 6 p.m. Tuesday at Glad Tidings Church in Casa Grande. The celebration of life will follow at 7, with the Rev. Josue Ibarra and the Rev. Eliu Ibarra officiating.
Mrs. Ruiz was born on Oct. 19, 1964, in Casa Grande. She was a homemaker and was devoted to her family. She enjoyed cooking, cleaning, Life Group with her church, watching TV, especially the Inspirational Network, and afternoon naps. She loved reading her Bible.
Survivors include her husband, Jose A. Ruiz; three sons, Dewayne Powell of Eloy, Eleazar Powell of Casa Grande and Alex Powell Jr. of Arizona City; a daughter, Esmeralda "B.J." Ruiz of Arizona City; her mother, Bertha Flores of Eloy; and six grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, Eliazar F. Flores.
