Nicholas Gartner

STANFIELD — Nicholas Anthony “Nick” Gartner, 29, of Stanfield died on July 23, 2010.
The funeral will be at 4 p.m. Saturday at Scottsdale First Church of the Nazarene, 2340 N. Hayden Road in Scottsdale, with the Rev. Adam Tharp officiating.
Mr. Gartner was born on May 27, 1981, in Scottsdale. He was a material specialist in the aerospace industry. He enjoyed roping, football, baseball, camping and spending time with his family. He loved anything outdoors and was known for his sense of humor.
Survivors include his mother and stepfather, De Anna and Michael Bowsher of Stanfield; a sister, Tanya M. Gartner of Phoenix; grandparents, Mack and Roxanne Darnell of Scottsdale, Rose and Bill Gartner of Missouri; a niece; and two nephews. He was preceded in death by his grandmother Myrna Darnell.
