Nancy Lupe Lopez

CASA GRANDE — Nancy L. Lopez, 81, died on Aug. 22, 2022, in Casa Grande.

Ms. Lopez was born on Dec. 5, 1940, in Santa Rosa Village to Alonzo Lopez and Molly Garcia. She was part of a rosary group and traveled to say prayers for families on the Tohono O’odham Nation. She was also a basket weaver.

She is survived by two sisters, Catherine Gregorio and Lorinda Gonzalez. She was preceded in death by a son, Manuel Lopez, and a brother, Frank Gregorio.


Visitation beginning at 9 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 29, at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Mission, Palo Verde Stand Village.
