Nancy Borboa, 66, passed away Tuesday, September 24 at Hospice Family Care.
Nancy was born in Coolidge, AZ and was married to Cecil D. Borboa. She set up optometry labs for Costco and Esslillor across the United States. Nancy was able to teach and guide others in the field of optometry. In her free time she enjoyed ancestry research and handicrafts.
Nancy is survived by her husband, Cecil of Arizona City; one daughter, Rhonda McDaniel of Casa Grande; two sons, Rusty Brown of Coolidge, and Randy (Marlo) Oswald of Mesa; four sisters, Betty (Tony) Carter of Florence, Shirley Mayden of Clovis, NM, Joan Smith of Mesa, and Maridell Rankin of Mesa; six brothers, Buddy (Sharon) Long of Buckeye, Rusty (Kathy) Long of Globe,
Bo (Nan) Long of Mesa, Stan (Marne) Long of Yuma, Earl (Ruth) Long of Mesa, and Burl (Betty) of Ahwatukee; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter Long and Wilma Morphis.
There will be a celebration of life Monday, September 30 at 10:00 a.m. at Cole & Maud e Gardens Chapel in Casa Grande.
