Monica Ann Thomas

CHUICHU - Monica Ann Thomas, 46, died on Oct. 6, 2014.

Visitation will be from 3 to 5 p.m. today at the Martin White home in Casa Blanca. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 6 p.m. at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Chuichu. A wake at the Shalynn Lopez home will begin at 7 p.m. Burial will be at sunrise Saturday in South Chuichu Cemetery.

Ms. Thomas was born on Dec. 30, 1967, in Phoenix. She worked as a driver.

Survivors include her companion, Martin White of Casa Blanca; four sons, Lyndsey J. Rivers of Chandler, Alex, Mitchel and Raymond Rivers, all of Reno, Nevada; her father, Pete Thomas Jr. of Ak-Chin; a brother, Alvin Thomas of Chuichu; a sister, Theresa Thomas of Chuichu; and five grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her mother, Melinda (Juan) Thomas, and a brother, Melvin Thomas.
