COOLIDGE — Mildred Faye "Midge" Boydston, 80, of Queen Creek died on April 15, 2013, in Apache Junction.
Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. Thursday at J. Warren Funeral Services, Cole & Maud Coolidge Chapel. The funeral will follow at 11.
Mrs. Boydston was born on May 13, 1932, in Muskogee, Okla., and was a daughter of Claude and Ruth Clark. She was a homemaker and was a very strong-willed and feisty woman. She enjoyed being around people and loved to visit with family and friends. She was devoted to her family and loved the freedom of driving fast. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting, music, dancing and reading a good book. She loved the Lord and looked forward to walking with him.
Survivors include a daughter, Brenda Farris of Queen Creek; two sons, Jeff Boydston of Buckeye and Brad Boydston of Kearny; a sister, Alice Clark of Mesa; two brothers, Richard Clark of Vernon and Bobby Clark of Harrison, Ark.; 17 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Newman C., in 2011; two sons, Cole Boydston and Ronny Clark; and three brothers, Jack, Tommy and Mack Clark.
