Marjorie L. Rush

Marjorie L. Rush, 89, of Casa Grande died March 13, 2008 at home.


Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday at J. Warren Funeral Services, Cole & Maud The Gardens Chapel. The funeral there will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, with the Rev. Raymond Wilson officiating. Burial will be in Mountain View Cemetery.

Mrs. Rush was born March 22, 1918 in Stamford, Texas. She was a seamstress and the last surviving of 14 siblings.

Survivors include two daughters, Paula Kendall of Casa Grande and Cindy Daugherty of Ridgecrest, Calif.; nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Virgil; a son, Fred Rush; two daughters, Marsha Burk and Sheri Rush; and a grandchild, Rebecca Burk.
