Margaret "Maggie" Rasmussen

Margaret Mary "Maggie" Rasmussen, 86, of Casa Grande died on July 4, 2012, at Desert Stream Assisted Living Home in Tempe.
Visitation was held from 9 to 10 a.m. Thursday at J. Warren Funeral Services, Mountain View Chapel, with a graveside service and burial in Mountain View Cemetery.
Mrs. Rasmussen was born on July 3, 1926, in Lansing, Mich., and was a daughter of Wanda and George Brenan. She was a laboratory and X-ray technician for most of her life. She raised three children on her own, then married Stuart "Stu" Rasmussen, to whom she was devoted.
Survivors include a daughter, Wanda Binkley; three sons, Steven Rasmussen, Jim Brenan and George Binkley; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband.
Memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Kiwanis Club Scholarship Fund.
