Lucille Constant

Lucille A. Constant, 82, of Eloy died on Dec. 25, 2010, at Hospice Family Care in Casa Grande.
A private service was planned.
Mrs. Constant was born on Feb. 21, 1928, in Damascus, Ark., and was a daughter of Albert L. Skinner and AnnaBell P. Harris. She was a restaurant bartender.
Survivors include a son, Bill Rice of Eloy; a daughter, Freda Dombek of Tulare, Calif.; a brother, Ray Skinner of Arkansas; two sisters, Virgie Coleman and Greta Brown of Arkansas; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lt. Col. Joe Constant, and a sister, Betsy Brown.
