Lorraine Barbara Johnson

SACATON - Lorraine Barbara Johnson, 83, of Sacaton died on Oct. 22, 2014, at Caring House.

The funeral will be at 8 a.m. Tuesday at First Presbyterian Church in Sacaton, with Pastor Cyrus Johnson officiating. Burial will be in East Sacaton Cemetery.

Mrs. Johnson was born on Jan. 23, 1931, in Sacaton and was a daughter of Frank Johnson and Isabel Davis. She was a nursing assistant and a member of First Presbyterian Church. She enjoyed watching soap operas and doing crossword puzzles and loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Survivors include three sons, Lawrence H., Carlos and Joseph Manuel, all of Sacaton; three daughters, Wanda J. Manuel, Elaine Gonzales and Sandra Manuel, all of Sacaton; two sisters, Hazel Eschief and Imogene Enos of Sacaton; 16 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene B. Johnson; two sons, Hernandez Manuel and John Manuel; and a granddaughter.
