Loretta Joy Roewart

Loretta Joy Roewert, 74, of Casa Grande died April 3, 2009 at Casa Grande Regional Medical Center.


The memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Villas by Mary T clubhouse. Inurnment will be in National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, in Phoenix.

Mrs. Roewert was born March 15, 1935 in Delta, Colo. She was a homemaker and a caregiver most of her life. She enjoyed playing piano and singing in church. She also enjoyed Bible study with her friends. She was proud to be the wife of a Marine and also of her family.

Survivors include two daughters, Deborah Shimer of Tempe and Sherren Campbell of Boise, Idaho; a sister, Lois Click of Caldwell, Idaho; three brothers, George Raymond of Cheyenne, Wyo., Ralph Raymond of Ontario, Ore., and Alfred Raymond of Perris, Calif.; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth A., in 2008; two daughters, Sherre Miller and Karen Roewert; and a grandson, Shawn Miller.
