Leonardine Thomas

SANTAN ? Leonardine Thomas, 37, died July 29, 2009 in Santan.

The wake will begin at 5 p.m. Friday in the District 5 Service Center. The funeral will be at 6 a.m. Saturday at Casa Blanca Lighthouse Church, with Pastor Raymond Pablo officiating. Burial will be at 7 a.m. in Vah-Ki Cemetery.

Ms. Thomas was born in Phoenix. She worked in housekeeping at a nursing home.

Survivors include her companion, Dustin Enos; two sons, Christopher Cruz of California and Dwayne Cruz of Goodyear; four daughters, Danielle Cruz of Goodyear, Janelle Cruz of Glendale, Amber Cruz of Scottsdale and Jade Sabori of Chandler; her mother, Elvina J. Lewis of Mesa; three brothers, Travis Pablo of California, Nolan Kisto of Sacaton and Darin Lyons of Santan; six sisters, Stephanie Thomas of Casa Blanca, Leanna Thomas of Goodyear, Robin Thomas of Sacaton, Huberta Thomas of Mesa, Amy Kisto of Laveen and Carlina Kisto of Santan; and one grandchild. She was preceded in death by her father, Leonard Thomas; two sons, Albert and Zachary Cruz; and a daughter, Damiana Sabori.
