Leonard Robert Kyyitan

BAPCHULE - Leonard Robert Kyyitan, 80, died on April 13, 2016, at Mercy Gilbert Medical Center.

Mr. Kyyitan was born on June 5, 1935, in Bapchule and was a son of Jose Kyyitan and Ede Wellington. He was a farmworker and loved to laugh, play chair volleyball and bingo and spend time with his dogs, "Boy and Gurl." He was very sociable and always happy.

He loved listening to music and never said a bad thing about anyone. He was very humble and loved spending time with friends and eating.

Visitation will be from 3 to 4 p.m. Tuesday at Caring House in Sacaton, and continuing from 6 to 10 p.m. at St. Peter feast house with a rosary service. A celebration of life will begin at 7 a.m. Wednesday at West Casa Blanca Worshipping Center. The Rev. Frances Williams will officiate. Burial will be in Bapchule Cemetery.
