SACATON - Leonard Manuel Jr., 72, died on April 13, 2019, in Sacaton.

Mr. Manuel was born on Jan. 10, 1947, to Leonard Manuel Sr. and Evelyn Johnson in Sacaton. He enjoyed sports, reading the Casa Grande Dispatch daily, dancing and listening to music.

He enjoyed his morning with a big breakfast and wouldn't miss his free pies at Village Inn on Wednesdays.

Survivors include four adult children, Darlene Molina, Carla Cifuentes, Leonard Manuel III and Marsha Flores; eight siblings, Beverly, Donna, Judy, Norman and Wilbur Manuel, Janet Peter, Ina Lyons and Jackie Saldana; 19 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two siblings, Harlan Manuel and Sharon Stewart.

Wake beginning at 6 p.m. on Friday, April 19, at the District 3 Service Center. Funeral at 6 a.m. on Saturday, April 20, at First Presbyterian Church in Sacaton. Burial in Sacaton East Cemetery.
