Lena Marie Wofford Fox

Lena Marie Wofford Fox, 85, of Arizona City died peacefully in her sleep on the morning of September 5, 2019.
Mrs. Fox was born on April 30, 1934 in Coolidge, Arizona to Harvey and Erie Wofford. She was the eldest of seven and loved helping people, organizing her class reunions, and volunteering at the local hospital.
She enjoyed traveling with her husband, Don, to all 50 states. They also took three trips to Europe together.
Survivors include two daughters and two sons: Jeanette Blackman of Lamoille, Nevada; Sherrie Stephens of Arizona City, Arizona; Jeffrey Fox of Molalla, Oregon; Robert Fox of Anaheim, California; her sister, Ruby Sipes of Casa Grande, Arizona; her two brothers, Jerry Wofford of Florence, Arizona and David Wofford of Maricopa, Arizona; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 50 years, Don Fox, and a son, Douglas Fox.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation at 9:00 a.m., Saturday, September 14, a Chapel Service will follow at 10:00 a.m. at the J. Warren Garden Chapel, 525 N. Peart Rd. Casa Grande. Interment at J. Warren Mountain View Cemetery.
