Leah Isabel Cantu, infant daughter of Taylor L. Apodaca and Johnathan J. Cantu of Casa Grande, was born and died on Oct. 27, 2009 at Casa Grande Regional Medical Center.
A private service is planned.
Other survivors are grandparents, Stephanie A. and Manuel J. Apodaca Jr. of Casa Grande, Joel A. Cantu Sr. of Stanfield and Sonia R. Stewart of Casa Grande.
