Lawrence Clifford Wilcox

Lawrence Clifford Wilcox, 70, of Casa Grande died June 1, 2007 at home.

Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. Friday at New Hope Baptist Church. The funeral will follow at 10, with the Rev. Terry Harris officiating. Burial will be in Mountain View Cemetery.

Mr. Wilcox was born July 21, 1936 in Haines City, Fla., and was a son of Robert and Mable Wilcox. He was a mail handler.

Survivors include his wife, Laverne (McClendon) Wilcox; two daughters, Debra McGowan of Orlando, Fla., and Deborah McClendon of New Jersey; a sister, Ruby Mosely of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; a brother, Lavone Wilcox of Haines City; and two grandchildren.
