Larry Moody

Larry Kenneth Moody, 67, of Casa Grande died on July 6, 2015, at Oasis Pavilion Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.

Mr. Moody was born on July 28, 1947, in Rock Island, Illinois, and was a son of Mary Jane and Kenneth F. Moody. He was a farmer and welder at John Deere and served in the Army Reserve. A sports fanatic, he especially enjoyed NASCAR and cheering for the Chicago Cubs. He loved attending Cactus League spring training games under the sunny skies of Arizona. He loved his grandchildren and was thankful for the opportunity to watch them grow.

Survivors include his wife, Ruth; a daughter, Rachel Ann McCoy of Casa Grande; a son, Mathew Larry Moody of Long Beach, California; a sister, Karen Gengler of East Moline, Illinois; and four grandchildren.
