Mr. Dale was born in Altoona, Pennsylvania, a son of Joseph and Edna (Stolz) Dale. He served in the Army. He worked as an auto body repairman. He is survived by his wife, Marie, of Toltec; 3 sons, 1 daughter, 8 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
