Jose Lopez

ELOY - Jose Lopez, 87, died on Aug. 5, 2019.

Mr. Lopez was born on Sept. 25, 1931, to Ramon and Catalina Lopez in Mexico. He loved spending time with his family and also enjoyed planting, gardening and being outdoors.

He enjoyed playing musical instruments including guitar and keyboards for his family. He was a barber for his friends and family.

Survivors include three adult children, Cathy Rojas of Arizona City, Jesse Lopez of Casa Grande and Rosario Canez of Nogales; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Enriqueta.

Visitation beginning at 9 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 10, at St. Helen of the Cross Catholic Church, with rosary recited at 10. Funeral Mass celebrated at 10:30. Burial in Eloy Memorial Park.
