Jonathan Mayo, 53, - January 30, 1970 – March 20, 2023

Jonathan Mayo passed away on March 20, 2023, at Abrazo Arizona Heart Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona. Jonathan was born January 30, 1970, in Florence Hospital.


Jonathan had been a resident of Coolidge, AZ for most of his life. He loved his community. He was a very service-minded individual. Jonathan was a firefighter for eight years for the City of Coolidge, with his little brother, Matt. Jonathan was a passionate man that loved hard. He loved his family, he loved his children, he loved his wife, he loved his grandsons. Above all, he loved his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. For the last seven years Jonathan had been a truck driver with his wife, enjoying traveling and seeing lots of countries. Jonathan had a love for going fast and riding motorcycles. He built a few.


Jonathan is survived by his wife, Jenniffer Mayo of Coolidge, AZ; five children, Audie Cutrer (Kolby Cutrer) of Coolidge, Connor Mayo (Justyce) of Phoenix, Henry Klein of Texas, Heath Klein of Coolidge, Hailey Klein (Rick) of Dubuque, IA; brother, Matt Mayo (Krista) of Coolidge; sister, Ginger Mayo of Coolidge; his mother, Vicki Mayo; and two grandsons, Bryant Cutrer and Dakota Cutrer. He also is survived by two nephews, Duncan and Logan Mayo of Coolidge.


Jonathan was preceded in death by his father, Bob Mayo and a brother, Tom Mayo.


Jonathan will be missed by many but will never be forgotten. His larger-than-life presence left an impact on everyone that met him.

Memorial services will be held Monday, April 3, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. at New Life Baptist Church, 3151 N. Piper Ave., Casa Grande, AZ. Reception information to be announced at service.
